There are numerous quarry sites all over the world because processed rocks are highly needed in the construction industry. Among all these quarry sites, the quarry crushing lien could be stationary types or mobile types. Compared to stationary crushing lines, the mobile quarry crushing line performs high flexibility and is more suitable for temporary crushing work. Also, for those quarry sites built on soft ground like a desert area, the mobile crushing line is also an ideal choice here. Today, we will talk about how to design a basic mobile quarry crushing line of 200TPH.
Overview of the basic mobile quarry crushing line of 200TPH:
1)Total budget: The expected cost of the whole project is around 400,000 USD.
2)Raw material and expected product: The raw material is the blasted stone alike stones, and the expected product is 0-5mm gravel, 5-10mm gravel, and 10-30mm gravel.
3)Expected capacity: The expected capacity of the whole crushing production line is around 200TPH,
4) Other requests: No special policy control on the environment(noise, dust...)
With these premises, we can then start to design the mobile quarry crushing line. Below are the summarized three steps:
1. Select the feeder machine
At this step, the first thing we have to consider is the expected capacity of the whole mobile quarry crushing line. Now we can know from the premise that the capacity is 200TPH, so we can choose a feeder machine that processes 200 tons of material per hour or above. For example, our GZB 1100×3000 Rod Feeder, can process 120-450 tons per hour with a motor power of 18KW. Of course, you can also choose other feeder machines as long as they can meet the capacity request of 200TPH.
2. Select the crusher machine
After selecting the feeder machine for the mobile quarry crushing line, next, we have to select the crusher machine for each crushing stage. First, we have to decide to set up how many crushing stages to meet both the capacity request and product size request. For this kind of basic aggregate crushing line, we can adapt a crushing line of two crushing stages to finish the crushing work. Next, we have to choose the specific crusher machine for these two crushing stages. For the first crushing stage, we should choose a mobile jaw crusher that can handle 200 tons of material per hour or above. For example, our KRT-1060C Jaw Crusher was upgraded from a stationary PE750x1060 jaw crusher, which can process 120-200 tons per hour with a maximum feeding size of 630mm. For the secondary crushing stage, we should choose a mobile cone crusher that can handle 200 tons of material per hour or above. For example, our KRT-1400S Compound Cone Crusher was upgraded from a stationary ZM1400 cone crusher, which can process 150-230 tons per hour with a maximum feeding size of 115mm.
3. Select the vibrating screen
Selecting the vibrating screen is the third step of designing this basic mobile quarry plant of 200TPH. There are two main factors we have to consider: the processing capacity and discharging size. In the above premise, we can know that the discharging size is respectively 0-5mm gravel, 5-10mm gravel, and 10-30mm gravel. Because of these three different requests, we may have to choose three sets of different vibrating screens to finish this task. 4. Select the conveyor belt
Now, we have finished the selection of the feeder machine, crusher machine, and vibrating screen. The final thing in designing the mobile quarry crushing line is to have conveyor belts to help move the crushing material from one station to the next.
