When unbreakable foreign matter passes through the crushing cavity or the machine is overloaded for some reason, the hydraulic safety system is used to ensure safety, hydraulic oil is injected into the accumulator, the main shaft falls, the discharge port is enlarged, foreign matter is discharged from the crushing cavity, the accumulator presses the oil back, and the crusher operates normally. If foreign matter is stuck in the discharge port, the cavity clearing system can be used to further enlarge the discharge port and discharge foreign matter from the crushing cavity. Under the action of the hydraulic system, the discharge port is automatically reset and the machine resumes normal operation.
3. Locking
Lock the fixed cone on the adjustment ring to prevent the fixed cone from rotating during crushing. Lift the locking ring, and the positioning bolt on the adjustment ring controls the lifting distance.
